Being a forging house with annual capacity to produce 1000 MT Tone of Forging, also we have highly streamlined manufacturing process with dedicated Tool Room for Die Development, Forging Shop and Laboratory facility for confirming the chemical and physical properties of raw material as well as of forged products :
Manufacturing process start with procurement of raw material followed by visual and lab testing of material, cutting of material in to pieces, heating of the metal pieces, forging of the heated pieces in forging die with the help of hammer, forging burs removal and cooling of the forged pieces. All these processes are manned by experienced personnel with strict supervision of our forging experts round to clock.
